Most importantly, we provide these services in a caring and efficient manner with respect for the wishes of the decedent, as well as the surviving family members and loved ones. Our professional fees for estate administration are calculated on the basis of professional time expended and itemized for you in a detailed statement. We do not base our fees on a percentage of the estate value. Therefore, the beneficiaries are only paying for services actually rendered and itemized and do not arbitrarily give up a percentage of their bequest.

Workers' Compensation

The firm can provide a wide array of services in the area of alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediation. Senior partner, Dante J. Sarubbi, has served on the National Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association and is recognized arbitrator having arbitrated hundreds of cases over the last 43 years. Additionally, Dante has served on the panels of the District IV Ethics Committee and District IV Fee Arbitration Committee, both appointments being made by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
