Most importantly, we provide these services in a caring and efficient manner with respect for the wishes of the decedent, as well as the surviving family members and loved ones. Our professional fees for estate administration are calculated on the basis of professional time expended and itemized for you in a detailed statement. We do not base our fees on a percentage of the estate value. Therefore, the beneficiaries are only paying for services actually rendered and itemized and do not arbitrarily give up a percentage of their bequest.

Workers' Compensation

If you sustain an injury on the job, we can represent you in obtaining workers' compensation benefits. Your consultation with our attorneys is free, and there is no legal fee unless and until a settlement or recovery is made on your behalf.

Corporations & Small Businesses

Our Firm serves as counsel to numerous small business, including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, sole propieterships, and joint ventures. We are readily available for telephone advice to our clients as the need arises on the legal aspects of their day to day business. Additionally, we maintain corporate minute books and other required legal records for our clients, reminding them annually of their shareholder and director meetings, and preparing the necessary minutes under their direction.

Arbitration & Mediation

The firm can provide a wide array of services in the area of alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediation. Senior partner, Dante J. Sarubbi, has served on the National Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association and is recognized "neutral" arbitrator having arbitrated hundreds of cases over the last 25 years. Additionally, Dante has served on the panels of the District IV Ethics Committee and District IV Fee Arbitration Committee, both appointments being made by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
